No sugarBluBerry No
Our original. Not a grain of sugar — sweetened by the blueberries and figs alone. Deep, tart, unexpected, grown-up. The one strangers told me to quit my day job over.
Real European cheese. Organic blueberries and fresh figs. A whisper of coffee, a handful of nuts, a hint of something Middle Eastern — and no sugar at all. Just a cake that tastes like it means something.
Our story
As a baby I nearly died of blueberries — a real allergy, a frantic trip to the emergency room, a decade of craving the one thing I couldn't have. At fifteen I finally dared to eat one. I survived. And a long-lost love came rushing back.
"My girlfriend closed her eyes, looked me dead in the face, and said: this is the worst cheesecake I have ever tasted. That's when I knew I was onto something."
From Junior's in Brooklyn to a dinner party in China where I used a tenth of the sugar and strangers told me to quit my day job — this cake has a long history. Come read the whole thing.

Most "healthy" cheesecake hides sugar behind fourteen names and props up its texture with gums and starches. We took the opposite bet — and let honest ingredients carry the whole cake.

Organic blueberries and fresh figs, cooked down into the crown. No sugar, no honey, no synthetic stand-in — the berries carry the flavor and always have.

The base is built on real nuts, not a sleeve of crushed cookies. A unique European cheese does the rest — cultured, full, and honest, with nothing cheaper standing in.

A trace of caffeine from the moka pot and a hint of Middle Eastern spice give the cake its grown-up, mysterious edge. A label you could read to a curious kid without stumbling once.
Two takes
Same cheese, same blueberries, same short and readable ingredient list. The only thing that changes is how far we go with sweetness.

Low sugarFor the classically-minded. A restrained touch of real sweetness for a rounder, more familiar bite — still no fillers, still nothing artificial, still a label you can read.
